Bought 10 packs of 5-6 oz. The sheets are 12 x 24 inches and I have used 5 so far. At the moment they are all the correct measurements (12' x 24'). Thickness averages 2.1mm with a range of 1.9 to 2.3, but the vast majority are in the 2.1 to 2.3 range. So no complaints. there. I wet modeled each piece and had no problems. (Photo attached.) On two pieces I found some imperfections that were difficult to see on natural leather but clearly visible after dying. One half of a piece (out of five) was unsatisfactory for use after dyeing. Considering leather is a natural product with some inherent variations, I'm rather forgiving. On the other hand, I don't have much experience with vegetable tanned leather. I'm not sure if this is fairly normal or largely as expected.
