was a fram with baking soda but it started to smell bad after about 10,000 miles. I think because of the baking soda. went with it as it removes more particulate matter and was concerned by some of the negative reviews about not being able to get air through. Well I installed in the right direction and from missing a filter to adding that filter on a powerful fan I didn't notice any difference. My wife's Q50 had no installation or airflow issues. I'm happy with that.
