Review on FunBase by Steve Collins

I was very dissatisfied with the outdoor play apparatus I bought from FunBase not too long ago. I thought the assembly directions were written in a foreign language because they were so difficult to follow. It took me a long time to figure out how to assemble everything, and I'm still not entirely confident in my work. Unfortunately, after I eventually got everything set up, it broke after only a few uses. I contacted FunBase's support team in the hopes that they could help me out, but the answer I got was not very enlightening. It was almost robotic; the response was to ship me some super adhesive and cross their fingers. The delivery procedure was also a major headache. The delivery guy used the package as a soccer ball on the way to my house, so it came late. In general, I did not enjoy using FunBase. I wouldn't recommend this place for finding backyard playsets. Unless you like using your packages as soccer balls and trying to figure out alien assembly directions.
