I'm having trouble setting up my device. I contacted the seller and received 5 star service. They guided me through the whole process very carefully and stayed with me until the end. It ended up being a problem with my TV but they did everything they could to go through all the options. You rarely get so much service and support. The product itself is excellent. So let me explain my solution. I installed a PROZOR 192kHz DAC Digital SPDIF D/A Converter (purchased from Revain), placed it between my TV and the Giveet Bluetooth low latency audio transceiver and it solved my problem. Now my headphones work fine. Thanks to the seller for this offer. I've been struggling with this problem for a while.
