I like that it is easy for anyone in our organization to use this platform without needing help from an IT person or other expert user of GCP services.The customer service team has always been very responsive when we have any questions about their products.
The integration of some third party applications such as Zapier which makes them even more useful than they already are because now you don't need to create separate tools just to accomplish certain tasks with these two programs. There may be times where there isn’t enough information available at first glance but if you look deeper into what can be viewed within each application then sometimes hidden gems appear! We started using CGM so all offers could go through one system instead of pulling data over several different platforms (which was really messy). CGH helps us understand how well customers interact with various aspects of our brand, allowing actionable insights to drive future marketing strategy decisions.
