Ok to be honest I didn't want the scraper on the cutter but I found it to be the best feature ever made. It takes a little effort to even adjust the attachment, but it's very useful. The shape itself is too tight in my opinion. For a typical soap recipe, the mix is perfect, but the shape is too narrow and tall, so the cut soap bars are square instead of rectangular. This makes soap awkward to use when a rectangular piece feels better in your hand. To fix this I measured a regular bar of soap and marked on the outside of the silicone the width I like and that is now my fill line. Then I pour the remaining soap into single bar molds. Anyway, I already had it on hand. The cutters are amazing and easy to use, with a clean cutting line. A stiff brush was a brilliant idea for removing soap shavings from a scraper, and there are never too many silicone spatulas. I'm not disappointed. I just want the shape to be a slightly different shape.
