I bought this clock to replace my old bedroom clock that no longer works. Of course there were many options, but what attracted me was the design, the radio and Bluetooth. While I'm happy with the other two aspects, I'm annoyed that I can't use the Bluetooth function because the device can't be found. I've tried connecting from multiple devices, but no one can find the device. Note that I turned it on and switched to Bluetooth with the Bluetooth light flashing, still nothing. I would like the manufacturer or seller to explain to me why this can happen and how to fix it [update] so I emailed the manufacturer and explained the problem to everyone. After several emails and a video showing what was going on, they agreed the unit was defective and would be replaced. It has been over a month since I was notified that my replacement was being processed. I haven't received anything and Allen hasn't emailed me for a month to check my device. Now I'm stuck with a buggy non-bluetooth watch (one of the main reasons I chose the watch in the first place). I do not recommend anyone to buy this device because if you receive a defective device you may have to live with it.
