Review on KBK 1464 Cadet Basic Everyday Military Sports & Fitness and Team Sports by Matthew Thorndike

I've wanted this hat for a long time and finally pulled the trigger. The first thing I noticed was that the color hadn't faded as much as I thought it would due to the stressed and worn style. Of course, the pocket on the side catches the eye and everyone asks if this is real? Yes, it's real, and it even has a velcro closure. I've worn this hat almost every day since it arrived. I really like that it fits snugly and isn't ribbed. So if I have to put it in my backpack, I don't have to worry about it being crushed and bent. The small manufacturer's label on the back is a nice touch. I'm a size 71/2 and the size chart recommends XL, which is correct. It's a little loose, but having had an ETHOS hat in the past I'm confident the lightweight cotton material will shrink a bit as the hat shrinks. I give her a 9.75 out of 10.00.
