We went through hell trying to get this system to work. It was difficult to get in touch with the support/helpdesk. We had to return the system after a few weeks due to a system failure that didn't work at all. They supposedly did a "repair" and installed a different fan and said the system was overheating. When we returned the system it worked for about 2 weeks but continued to crash frequently. About 2 weeks later the system crashed until it even started. The helpdesk/support service just let us down and didn't respond at all. We bought a 5 year renovation plan but I think it's useless. We thought we were screwed. So I decided to just open the case and see what I could do. I basically checked the "fit" of the components, connectors, etc. I tried swapping the ram cards and it didn't work, but I put the ram cards back in their original slots and the system worked! Tahda! Now the system works great! So the moral of the story is: know how to mess around with computers because the company/support won't help you.
