Artbeads is a beads and jewelry-making company created in 1999 from US, it specialized on beads and jewelry-making supplies, jewelry education, bead related crafts, jewelry supplies, jewelry tutorials and others. Artbeads has communities of individuals jewelry makers, beads shops, professional jewelry designers and design studio that enable customers from all over the world to view and learn various method of making necklaces, bracelets, earrings and others using beads.
When I view Artbeads products on website it was beautiful and full of designed jewelries with beads, I like what I saw and want to make oder as it offer shipping to many countries around the world, but going through it reviews on search engine I was discouraged because most customers are not satisfied with their purchased and complained about bad services, shipping, returns even quality of it products which makes me to hold on orders. In these regards, I encourage Artbeads company to review customers complaints and adjust so as to satisfy it customers and gain good reputation

- Artbeads has tutorials, education and design studio sections that allow users from around the world to view and learn various method of making necklace, earrings and bracelet using beads.
Cons
- Currently customers complain about bad services, shipping, returns and quality of it products that can discourage many customers from patronizing.
