I like it. I buy rolls of vacuum bag material and make my own custom sized bags for large or irregular shaped products, but these bags come in very handy for portion sizes and sous vide. I've used bags in the past that give food a plastic taste when you cook it above 150 degrees, but that's not the case. Thick material, deep grooves to allow your sealant to easily remove all air, they seal 100% perfectly. A great handy item that costs just a little more than buying rolls in bulk and without the hassle of having to seal each bag twice, well worth it.
