I like that it is easy for end users (employees) of our software system as well as customers using other products we provide them too understand how this product works in order to utilize its benefits effectively within their workflow processes. It does not have many features but what there are can be utilized very efficiently by those who know where they need help most or when support may become needed from outside sources such as us at RFI Solutions Incorporated. We use rfGen primarily because all employees involved directly interact daily with customer service via phone/email communication which makes life easier than if one were working remotely only occasionally due to time constraints etc..
