I like how easy it was to use this system in our office environment for both technical support staff as well as management team members of my organization.

The customer interface could be improved by having better navigation tools such as drop down menus or links that lead directly from one feature/page to another so users don't have go back multiple times between pages when trying something new (such has adding devices). It's also helpful if we are troubleshooting network issues within Microsoft Azure cloud services since there will frequently need communication across different teams working together at once; however being able work separately without needing additional software licenses would require us purchasing separate programs which costs extra money each month depending upon what subscriptions they offer per license package purchased ($$$$) - not always feasible especially during financial tight situations! Our IT department uses expressconnect throughout their day everyday including weekends & holidays because its simple yet very effective way managing daily tasks related information technology departments.
