Mechanical defect -- Design flaw -- Unfit for use

This monitor has a very fundamental design flaw. With a light touch of your finger, it swings left and right and back and forth in direction. The attached mp4 file shows exactly what's going on - I wonder how it gets through the Dell Q&A department. Unfortunately I went through the return line to gather and test more. Dell customer support politely refused to do anything!
