A little more expensive than other sellers but worth it. Really check to see if the valve is held in place by a screw or snap ring. I made the mistake of not checking this visually and ended up having to re-order the correct one. A simple installation took about 15 minutes, the air conditioning compressor does not need to be removed, this can be done during installation. It is in bold hexadecimal. ATTENTION! Before removing, be sure to drain the air conditioner refrigerant to relieve the pressure in the lines and wear safety goggles just in case. Towing can be performed at a local auto repair shop or air conditioning repair shop, the cost of which should not exceed $20. This was a fix for my '07 VW Jetta AC, now it works great, cools without intermittent cooling, highly recommend!
