Review on 🍋 Powerful Cleaning with Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Lemon Verbena Surface Scrub: 11 Oz Canister by Tyler Hager

I ordered Meyer's Lemon Scented Surface Scrub because I'm trying to use 'more natural' cleaning products around the house. I hate all pairs of traditional cleaning products. Let me start the review by saying that this product cleans really well. I'm ashamed to admit that one of our bathrooms had a shower with tons of soapy water. I was surprised but happy that this Meyer product sets it apart from the average scraper. I usually find that natural detergents don't work as well as regular detergents and require a lot more "elbow grease". That didn't happen with this lemon verbena scrub. Tile and even grout looked great with regular effort. There were two reasons I didn't give this product 5 stars. First, the smell of lemon is pleasant, but very strong. I had to open all the windows in the bathroom and turn on the ceiling fan to ventilate the room. And the smell lingers for a while after you finish cleaning. This may work for some people, but if you have a sensitive nose or don't like strong smells, this product is not for you. Second, this Meyer scrub costs a little over $8 per container and is more expensive than traditional cleansers, which are available for less than half the price. I had to use about half a bottle to clean my shower once for the cost to add up. Although I might not need to use as much if the kids shower more often :) Other than that, overall I'm happy with this product as it cleans really well.
