I am 52 years old and just started road cycling after being a weight lifter and runner for 36 years. for a charity trip 50 miles in 6 months for the cancer center where I work. I have early arthritis in my right wrist from weightlifting and karate training 25 years ago. After short (3 miles) rides with my 7 year old on our new bikes my wrist was killing me. Got this brace and went on longer solo trips to train. After my first three rides of 24, 28, and 32 miles, I had no wrist pain while wearing this brace. It's comfortable and I forget I'm wearing it as soon as I start riding. This prevents strain on my wrist by preventing it from bending backwards fully while driving. great product
