I love the non-stick surface! Our Teflon pans are over 20 years old so it's time for new ones. It's indescribable. The surface is truly non-stick. Cleaning is a breeze. The sizes are perfect, but if you have a large family, you also need some big pots. The egg shape is just right for an omelette; The pan is ideal for roasting vegetables. And the bowls are amazing. They're strong, heat up great, and are MUCH lighter than our old pans. Definitely worth your money. PLUS - beautiful red color! Update - when we use one of the pans it smells strange. is pretty overwhelming. It smells of electric fire, sharply burning ozone. I'm not exactly sure what to do with it.
