My 3 year old daughter loves wellies and wants to wear them all the time but they don't keep them warm in the cold. I bought these socks to wear with wellies so she can wear them in the cold/snow. They go well with her wellies but her boots have loops but these socks don't. The bodice was knitted so I just cut a small 1/2 hole right where the buttonholes are and threaded them through for the sock to fit properly and it worked great! The holes do not expand and create large holes. It was a great alternative to buying a new pair of boots!
