Not much to say about that. It's a piece of plastic that holds your bike's front wheel when you're using it with an exercise bike, which makes it good. The only reason I would deduct 5 stars is because I don't notice much of a difference between using this and the tutorial I used as a placeholder until it was delivered. I'd argue that this product might not be needed if you're looking to use something as a replacement, but it certainly works as intended and has proven to be durable over the past few months.
