I first purchased this item and tried to send it back and they let me keep it. I have ordered everything out there and have not been happy. This was laying in the corner and I tried it for the day .Fantastic! Pain relief, knee cap not moving around and great support. Now I am ordering more. The only one that will stay up and I cannot say enough about it My thigh measures 20.5 and I wear a medium in this/ XL in other products. You want this (tight)secure on your leg and it will not cause any restriction problems or foot swelling.
