Terrible, paper resists colors, good as color proof paper, nothing more.

I don't know what's wrong with this paper. Almost every sheet has something invisible that keeps the paper from staining, causing the ink to pool and resist color. I even tried the back of the paper in case I missed something. Disappointing because I really like the 400 series paper and surprisingly the Vision watercolor bases (this is a practice paper and they are much better than this 300 series paper). Unfortunately I didn't find out too late and I didn't have enough time to return. So I only use this paper for color samples or sketches so I don't waste my good paper.
