Great device so far
The reason it got 1 star for tech support is because the manual says everything should be automatic and if it isn't then contact yours Offerer. After 4 calls to my ISP and many self-help attempts, I found that I needed to turn my modem into a bridge instead of using both devices (a static IP doesn't work either). The router's IT staff still hasn't responded to my email (this is the only way to get in touch). Now that it's up and running all my devices seem to like it. He worked the weekend.
