My 3.5 year old daughter LOVES her real scooter! I bought her a balance bike about a year ago but she just doesn't understand how to ride it because it collects dust. I chose a 3 wheel scooter (specifically wanted 2 wheels in the front and 1 in the back so the back wouldn't be bulky for a scooter) so she could move around on the scooter. This kicksy scooter with light up wheels will satisfy all my needs! My daughter is motivated to run so she can see the wheels glow and she glows! At first I was confused how the turning works, but then I read that it's inclined to turn instead of the steering wheel turning you in the direction you want to go. I was afraid this would be a problem, but no! She is perfect for her age. She quickly learned how to maneuver it on the sidewalk at the park, and after only using it a couple of times, she learned to use the rear foot brake! I sort of lopsided the little seat and didn't have time to figure it out, but it's pretty sturdy and a fun option for a scooter. Very affordable and would highly recommend to others. (Ps. my 11 month old loves to crawl on it and push with his hands too!)
