Product works well. The picture is a little blurry and I lose connection every now and then. I bought an extended antenna but didn't install it. The dealer we bought our new caravan from recommended it, not the Furrion. It has much less lag time in the picture. Since our trailer came preconfigured for the Furrion, I removed the existing camera jack that came with the trailer. I made a new plate with the outline of the old Furrion shell. I painted it black and attached my new camera to it. If I later decide to trade the pendant, I will remove my camera and replace it with a Furrion case.
