The camera is easy to install. Reliable universal receiver mount

The camera is easy to install. Reliable universal mount for the receiver. The receiver shows good signal strength from the camera antenna mounted below line of sight at the rear of the 1575 Lance trailer. Starts right up and doesn't cause any problems. The image is low-res and grainy, with noticeable lag, but I can't tell how it compares to other brands. Expensive.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Not all fit

Update: Moisture penetrates the camera Problem fixed

The camera was installed on the outside of the 5th wheel for the rear view. It has moisture in the window that creates a blurry camera image. Customer support was excellent. When I contacted them they asked me to return the camera. The replacement was shipped in about 5 days, which was in line with customer service's estimate. I was very happy with the support. I've increased my initial rating due to the excellent customer support. Thanks to ASA Electronics.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Update availability

Connects easily to truck monitor on 35ft fifth wheel mic works great with volume at 3 /4 or more higher (a mute button would be nice) would have given 5 stars but slightly choppy video when driving on the Autobahn needs more fps for the high price I think Overall I can see my 2 seater trailer behind my 5th wheel while driving and hear woman driving into camp when out of sight and easy to hook up

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

This good system could be much better with an updated design.

First, it is easy installation and color with a microphone on the camera so you can point the boss for support. It's good. So-so lack of redundant lines, which is the new normal for modern car backup cameras. Another disappointment is that the power button also scrolls through different camera angles. With just two presses of the power button, you can completely flip the camera image. How often will we use it? But it only takes two taps of the power button to find out this is happening while…

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • No power

Do what I wanted! (Updated!)

The only option our new 34ft trailer didn't have was a backup camera, so I ordered it when we picked up the trailer from the dealer. . Installed at the campsite in about an hour the next morning. Very easy do-it-yourself installation. The monitor's suction cup mount sits in one of the cup holders in our Ford F250 and holds the monitor above the top of the dash (which I would find intrusive). The audio is very sensitive - I can easily hear what they are saying behind the trailer as I step back…

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Repair

Excellent quality.

Product works well. The picture is a little blurry and I lose connection every now and then. I bought an extended antenna but didn't install it. The dealer we bought our new caravan from recommended it, not the Furrion. It has much less lag time in the picture. Since our trailer came preconfigured for the Furrion, I removed the existing camera jack that came with the trailer. I made a new plate with the outline of the old Furrion shell. I painted it black and attached my new camera to it. If I…

Great product with excellent customer support.

I drive a 24ft Class C RV and often tow a small car. One of the most awkward maneuvers I make in this configuration is changing lanes in fairly heavy traffic, often at freeway speeds. With only my side mirrors (the back of the RV is closed - no window) I'm never sure I have enough room to change lanes. Thanks to this system, I can see at a glance whether I have enough space or not with a camera mounted on the back of the motorhome's roof. Visibility is way better than just a rearview mirror…

Pros
  • Supports up to 4 wireless cameras, auto pairing
Cons
  • Some small things
