I received my Anker 4 port USB hub today and am very disappointed. I use it to connect a wireless mouse and wireless keyboard. The 2 USB jacks I have connect flawlessly to my laptop. However, when I try to connect my USB drives to the Anker Hub, I cannot connect the USB drives at all. It took me 10 minutes to connect a USB wireless mouse to the hub. The hub just looks cheaply made. I've tried plugging in a few other USBs and they all have trouble connecting. Also, the USB connector on the armature that comes with my laptop plugs in easily, but is loosely connected. I made sure it was fully seated and it just doesn't fit. I would not recommend this product and for $10 it's not worth the hassle. UPDATE (2/14/18): The seller sent me a new USB hub without my knowledge. This one actually works better and it's easier for me to plug in the USB. I am much happier with the product and very happy with the customer service.
