Review on HENCKELS Classic Hollow Edge Santoku Knife, 7-Inch - Sleek Black, High-Quality Stainless Steel by Craig Sexton

Bought this to replace a shop knife (JC Penney) that I have used for years and decided it was time to upgrade to something better. The size was exactly what I was looking for. It's quite difficult to find a santoku knife that fits my smaller hands. It was perfect. I've tried twice to buy knives from different brands (Chicago Cutlery & Shun) and both had serious defects upon arrival. Henckels was the only consistent brand I could find. Very sharp knives and good workmanship. A little weight for their size. I also bought a Henckels boning knife after being so impressed with the quality. Thanks very much!
