This shampoo and diet are the only things that help me solve my scalp problem. When I'm stressed or eating sugar and carbs or every time I exercise, I get itchy, oozing bumps on my scalp that become scaly and burn. Someone suggested this shampoo on a blog after thorough search and repair, I broke down and bought this shampoo. I've been using it for a year and a half and it's improved a lot.
