I bought this brace prior to our recent vacation in Arizona, where I knew I would be doing some hiking in the mountains. My right knee has been giving me trouble lately and I wanted a knee brace that would give me some extra support without making it hard to walk (as some stiffer braces do). The Berter brace worked very well for me, giving me just enough extra support and hence security on the hiking trails. I like the fact that you get two in a package - that way you have one to wear while the other one's drying out after being laundered! Altogether a good purchase for me.
