Very thick vegan yogurt.

I use it to make an anti-inflammatory drink with ginger and turmeric because it draws out all the solids. I also use it to make vegan, non-dairy, super thick yogurt. I place the bag in a 64 ounce spherical glass and secure the bag by tying the outside rim shut, then pour in the yogurt and wait about 4-8 hours to strain. The longer I wait the thicker it gets, and I've even used this method to make homemade ranch and cream cheese. I don't use it for nut milks because it would be too expensive for the amount I consume and the short shelf life of homemade nut milks. I will actually be buying more bags soon.
