Kit worked but was missing some required gaskets

I completely rebuilt a twin pump 4779-9 4150 Holley 750. The kit included all the parts required and all went well but was missing gaskets for float adjustment screws and cap filters for connecting the fuel lines. There were a lot of extra nylon and paper shims in the kit as the kit fits several 4150 carburetor options, but putting in float adjusters, new bolts and an adjusting nut and not putting in the required shims is just ridiculous. Now I need to buy or make a matching gasket. Nothing I want to do on a fresh restore.
