Excellent keys. They are easy to program and much cheaper than stealership. I could program the key fob on the car before cutting them. The remote start didn't work until I disconnected the keys and programmed the car, this may be due to user error. AFTER A WHILE I realized that you need to press the LOCK BUTTON before pressing the remote start. It won't work if you don't. I only realized this after I cut and programmed the machine. To program the remote control, follow the instructions in the overview above. As for the key programmed in the car, I had two original keys. I had a little trouble programming both at the same time, so after turning it with the new key I left it for a few seconds first and then programmed the other in the same way. My local hardware store charged about $5 to cut both, but didn't guarantee they would work. I advised him to cut the keys when he was sure he could cut the right keys. They worked fine.
