Lots of compromises to get 1080p 5500 lumens at this price point

This review is for the 5500 lumen model. All the models appear to be completely different, possibly even from different sellers, but the seller has grouped all the models together on Revain, making it unclear to buyers which reviews and Q&A pertain to which model. The main appeal of this projector is that it promises 1080p HD at 5,500 lumens for around two-thirds of what you'd pay from a more respected brand. You'll quickly find that the features you thought you should have (digital keystone/tilt/rotate/zoom, brightness adjustments, turn on signal over HDMI) are missing. Actually, I'm not sure if it's 5500 lumens either. 5,500 lumens should be more than enough to comfortably watch a movie in dim but not dark environments, but this projector really makes you want to use it in a dark room. (A word of caution: my projection screen is mediocre; a better screen might mitigate this issue.) In the end, though, I think the downside was worth the lower price.
