Review on Catit Design Replacement Filtering Cartridge by Kendra Johnson

My cat has had intermittent UTIs her entire life. Every time she gets infected, she starts peeing all over the house! I read somewhere that using a water softener filter would reduce their incidence of UTIs. So I bought a Catit fountain and these filters that remove excess calcium from the water. She hasn't had a single urinary tract infection since we started using this filter. I always flush and know from my aquarium that when I flush it, when I stop hearing the charcoal cackle, it's all gone and I'll have to buy a new filter. I'm a big fan of this filter and will use it as long as we have a house cat.
