Disappointed in the Unclear Design of TEESHLY

TEESHLY's website left a lot to be desired, unfortunately. It was challenging for me, as a complete novice in the realm of home and kitchen goods, to navigate and make sense of their offerings. The website is poorly organized, making it difficult to locate the information I required. I had a hard time making sense of what I was looking at because of the inadequate product descriptions. The limited selection of goods also left me feeling let down because they did not meet my requirements. The customer support reps were quick to respond, but they weren't very informative. Although they seemed well-versed, the team was unable to direct me through the website and locate the information I required. Although the quality of their goods is high, the website's poor navigation and limited inventory were significant drawbacks. Having just entered this industry, I could have benefited from a more intuitive and detailed website. Overall, I did not have a positive impression of TEESHLY. The website's poor organization and small product range rendered me utterly befuddled and incapable of making good choices. Customer support was quick to respond, but that wasn't enough to make up for the website's confusing layout.
