IF I COULD LEAVE A ZERO PRICE I WOULD DO THAT. These o-rings were purchased as a direct replacement for Pentek 151120. These O-rings must fit into the water filter cartridge housing. The branding says they are a direct replacement. Absolutely wrong. They are too thick and the circumference is smaller than a real Pentek o-ring. So I tried to make this so-called straight replacement o-ring and it ended up with water splashing all over the basement wall and floor because it was too small and stuck in the threads. I had to drive to my local water softener dealer to get the correct o-rings. This is a problem for online retailers. Lack of knowledge, inaccurate product labeling and wasted time selling them as direct replacements. No one should ever buy this brand or this seller. You'll never know if you're getting the right product until it's too late. Then you stay indoors without water until you find the RIGHT replacement.
