Review on Campground Manager by Jerry Mangum

The most helpful feature of this software is that it allows you to keep track of your reservations in one place! It's also easy for me as an owner or manager to check when each reservation expires so I can make sure there are no late cancellations/no showings at my campgrounds. There isn't anything about camping management that i dislike but if there was something specific then maybe we could have improved upon our process. Great price point for small businesses (especially those who don't need all features). We use this system primarily to manage bookings from customers via email only; however, they do offer some additional services which include reporting and invoicing options. I love how easy it is to use the program, I also appreciate that it allows me to upload my own maps and edit them as needed. I would like to be able to add more features to the program (like a photo gallery for each campground). It's very simple to use, but if you have never used this type of software before, it might be confusing at first. We are able to easily manage our campsites from anywhere in the world using this program.
