The most helpful feature of this software is that it allows you to keep track of your reservations in one place! It's also easy for me as an owner or manager to check when each reservation expires so I can make sure there are no late cancellations/no showings at my campgrounds. The ability to have an online system that is easy to use and can be accessed from anywhere. I wish it had more features for the mobile app. There are some things that are not easily searchable in the web version. The support team is very helpful and goes above and beyond to help us solve any issues we may have. I would highly recommend this product.
