The ability to manage all aspects of my business from one place is extremely helpful! I love how easy it was for me as an owner/operator to see what our guests were doing at any given time in their stay so that we could make sure they had everything needed during there visit or just give them some friendly reminders if necessary. There are many features you can use but not every option will be available depending upon your account type (Pro vs Standard). If using Pro version then sometimes certain options may only show up after paying another fee which isn't worth while since most people don’t need those additional services anyway. Also when trying out new things such as different payment methods etc., it's very hard without having someone walk through step by step instructions because no manual exists other than maybe online help files. This software has made running my campgrounds much easier especially now being able to do billing & inv.
