The bot can be integrated with any of our existing applications, which makes it easy to add functionality without having developers create new code from scratch (which would take time).
It's also very intuitive; we had no training needed when setting up this solution! We have been able solve many problems that were previously not easily solved in other ways or at all - like helping customers find products they're looking for more quickly than before using an automated chatbot as their first point-of contact instead of relying solely upon email support tickets/chat channels. I think there are some things about bots still being developed further but overall so far everything has worked well since going live last week. Automating repetitive tasks such as responding directly back & forth via text messages between agents / clients etc., saving valuable sales agent hours by reducing phone calls received during peak periods.
