Review on Seesii Accurate Formaldehyde Multifunctional 🌡️ Temperature: All-in-One Solution for Precise Formaldehyde Monitoring by Robert Dabney

UPDATE: Returning this unit. It might look good and be recognized well, but the lack of customization means it's constantly beeping until you reset it. As another reviewer noted, the readings go off the charts after a while. I don't attribute this to the time set, but that it goes crazy and never recalibrates itself when it finds something unique compared to what it's been reading for the first 1-2 hours. This sensor offers a great user interface, design, and all-round good features with a pretty good overall accuracy for every metric. The problem is that there are NO settings you can change. You can't calibrate, you can't change the temperature from C to F, and worst of all, if you're using something like bug spray/sanitizer/cook around the house that increases TVOC or HCHO readings, it will beep continuously until a long time has passed. the problem is gone. Without some adjustments, you can't turn off the beep like most sensors, so you'll either have to turn it off completely, or deal with that shrill, meaningless beep every 3 seconds for at least 10 minutes. I'm keeping it for now because it really gives me the info I need on my kitchen counter and looks good on it, but the Celsius temp reading along with that beep made me want to go back. I would like the firmware to be updatable but I can't find anything from Seesii that provides the firmware and without them this glaring problem of not being able to change settings would be too big.
