Review on IDEXX SmartFlow by Sean Fabacher

The best thing about smart flow is that it allows me to create my own protocols for labs, radiology reports etc., This makes workflow more efficient than having someone else set up workflows. It takes some time getting used to this software but once you learn how easy it can be to use its great! I don't like that most people are not familiar with using smart flows system because they have been around for so long now there seems to be little training available online or at seminars. We've seen improvements when switching from our previous system which was manual entry into EMR.
