I am an ASE certified technician. I know parts and cars. I have used, sold or installed almost every brand and type of brake pad and they are almost the best I have ever seen. I installed them in my private car; Chevrolet Avalanche after installing Power Stop Z17 Evolution ceramic pads in a circle. The difference in stopping the friction was felt immediately and was the difference between day and night. I still have the Power Stop rear brake pads installed, but braking performance has improved greatly. I plan to fit Bendix pads in the back once the Power Stop pads wear out. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that they make a lot of noise and the amount of dust that accumulates after just a month of use is excessive. All of this is negligible considering that they were designed as service areas for police cars and government ambulances. They're not meant to be a luxury, they're meant to work and work well, and that's exactly what they do.
