Manufacturing defects and no support. This is the second one I've ordered. On the first, the tabs on the water plate frame were broken and wouldn't close. I sent this back and got this one which also had issues with the plastic grommets on the water plate frame. This snapped into place, but did not remain in the housing. Since it was the end of the season and my sinuses were killing me I needed moisture and decided to put it in and hopefully get a part from the manufacturer. There is no such happiness. Apriler refuses to speak to me. They say only the seller can solve warranty issues. I wasn't even offered to sell the part I needed. Revain does not have a warranty page that I can contact. While the product will work if you can glue it together, the frame of the water panel is made from inferior plastic and arrives broken from the factory. There is no warranty support.
