It's a good price but apparently the mechanic told me it wasn't coming.

Good price but apparently the mechanic told me it doesn't come with top and bottom spacers? I thought it had a top and bottom but I assume it doesn't? Next time I'll let him order the parts and pay extra. I'm not mechanically inclined and apparently this isn't a set of top and bottom shims.
