Don't take two in the same direction
I thought I needed two 90 degree adapters to run the cables out of my TV and to the receiver, but the HDMI connectors are stacked on top of each other, so if I did there would be no room for the top cable to go down. THIS is what you need if your HDMI ports are stacked. The top HDMI faces up and the bottom faces down, but there's still enough room to get everything as close to the wall as possible. Works perfectly!
