This item is exactly as described. It's thick and durable, with adjustable buckles for attaching to headrests. There are zippers so you can raise all four sides when transporting a pup, or lower the front and sides when there are passengers in the car. It came with a dog harness (that attaches to the belt buckle, not the one that goes around the headrest) and a collapsible water bowl. I wish the seat belt was different, but I'm still glad it was included. This stretcher has a net on the bottom to keep it in place. Fits perfectly in my SUV. The only foreseeable problem is that if your handrails are not centered over the side doors, the side panels can be crooked due to the straps catching on the hand rails to hold the side panels. But that's not a problem with my car. I bought it to travel with my dog.
