This particular screw is hard to find. The seller thoughtfully emailed me to see if I had any complaints or if there was anything they could do. You come across as an honest, thoughtful, hopeful small business struggling to survive in a difficult business environment. Well, I was a small company. I really appreciate the hard work it takes. I have no complaints about this company. In fact, I applaud them for their efforts. I hope you all find them satisfactory too. I don't know them but I feel they do! The screws they sent me are very similar to those used to attach classical guitar pegs to a guitar's headstock. Like I said, they're hard to find. When assembling, repairing, or reinstalling the tuning pegs on a guitar, they often come and go. It's nice to end up with intact screws on the finished product. Thank you BLUELEC for the service.
