Didn't work for me
Tried cold cutting soap and the first bar came out crooked. We found that the wire was lost so I tried to tighten it and the wire unraveled. I spent an hour fixing the wire as I couldn't find a video showing how to replace the wire. Haven't figured it out yet. There are no instructions in the packaging. Judging by the video, it looks like I'm missing a screw on the end of the screw. I hate returning things but it's too early to have many problems and I need a cutter that works and has instructions. It's a shame because it's a nice cutter
